Apartments Noviny are an ideal place for rest and relaxation. Accommodation is suitable for individuals, couples, families or groups of friends. The total accommodation capacity is 38 people. You can choose from these apartments:
Double studio with extra bed - 30 m2
- two studios for 2 to 3 people with a double bed and a couch that serves as a bed for one person. The studios have their own kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet.
Apartment with one bedroom - 55 m2
- two one-room apartments for 2 to 4 people with a double bed and a sofa bed that provides sleeping space for two people. The apartments have a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower or a corner bathtub and a toilet.
Apartment with two bedrooms - 100 m2
- two three-room apartments for 6 people have two bedrooms - one is equipped with a double bed, the other with two separate beds. There is a sofa bed for two people in the living room. Each apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and two terraces with rattan furniture.
Apartment with three bedrooms - 100 m2
- one four-room apartment for 8 people contains three bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with separate beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more guests. This apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a terrace with a seating area.
Each accommodation unit is equipped with satellite television with paid programs (music, children's, documentary and sports channels). In more spacious apartments, it is possible to add extra beds. A free WiFi connection is a matter of course.
The kitchens are fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave and dining area. All bathrooms, except those in the studios, have a washing machine, and in the apartments, except for the studios and one-bedroom units, you will also find a dishwasher.
There is a children's playground near the building. The apartment building is equipped with an elevator, which facilitates access to the accommodation units.
Parking is available directly at the building and is free, with the option of renting one of the three garages for a fee, where you can store bikes or skis.
