Cottage Evička is located in the quiet cottage area of Dubovica - Žliabky, near the town of Lipany in the district of Sabinov.

The Dubovica - Žliabky recreation area offers beautiful nature and relaxation opportunities for families with children or a group of friends. Aquapark Lipany is located nearby, in winter you can visit the ski resort Dubovica (currently out of operation).

Cottage Evička has a total accommodation capacity of 12 people. In the cottage on the first floor there are two bedrooms (1x4, 1x6) with the possibility of an extra bed for two people (inflatable mattress).

On the ground floor there is a common room with a fireplace and TV. The cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Heating in the cottage is possible using electric heaters or wood in the fireplace.

The cottage has a covered terrace where you can sit comfortably.
