cottage Franz and cottage Jana are located in Velká Fatra in the village of Liptovská Štiavnica only 6 km from the town of Ružomberok, not far from the Bešeňová thermal pool, the Lúčky spa, the Tatralandia water park, Liptovská Mara, Donovaly, Malino Brdo.

Both cottages are situated in a common yard with a family house, in which the owner of the accommodation lives.
