Villa Gracia is located in the area of the thermal swimming pool Patince. Spa Patince is also a popular place for family holidays, because area and its surroundings offers a wide range of active, passive recreation and other recreation, hiking and biking opportunities.

Villa Gracia - Interior:
Standard accommodation in a newly built single-story apartments in Patince the swimming pool, 200m from a wellness center.
Cottage Villa Gracia is divided into four separate apartments. Capacity appartmants: 2x2 +2. Each apartment has two double bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric stove, electric oven). In the common room is sofa, satellite TV and air conditioning, which will provide maximum comfort in hot summer days of summer.
In one room there is a double bed and the other room are two single beds. Health mattress in both rooms will guarantee you good night's sleep during your vacation. In the bathroom is a toilet, shower, and increases comfort with underfloor heating. During winter heating period, the possibility of switching on the underfloor heating throughout the apartment. At each terrace is fireplace used for summer grilling.

Villa Gracia - Exterior:
There is a playground, a sandpit with toys for younger children. Upon request we provide a small pool for children. Deckchairs on the lawn provide sunbathing space.
