Ground floor apartments Villa Gracia are located in a fenced area just 250 meters from the thermal spa and wellness center Podhájska. Villa Gracia complex consists of two apartment houses with a maximum capacity of 48 people. One apartment house consists of 4 separate apartments. The capacity of each apartment house is 24 people (16 beds and 8 extra beds).
Capacity of one apartment is 2x2 +2, max 6 people. Each apartment has two double bedrooms, lounge connected with kitchenette, bathroom and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric stove with electric oven). In the living room there is a sofa, satellite TV and air conditioning.

At the apartment house Villa Gracia Podhájska is a playground, swings, sandpit with toys and during the summer season also inflatable pools.
To increase the comfort of our guests is available free hot tub and sauna under the gazebo.
Deck chairs on the lawn provide sunbathing area.
There is also arbour for family and corporate events.
Parking near the apartment house is included in the price - for 1 vehicle per apartment. The parking area is illuminated at night.
