The superior Canadian cabin Montana Residence is located in a nice environment outside the village of Bystrička, 4 km from the town of Martin.

The immediate surroundings offer opportunities for cycling, agritourism and horse riding. You can pick mushrooms in the surrounding forests. In winter, you can ski in nearby ski resorts: Martinské Hole, Valčianska dolina, Jasenská dolina. You can visit the water park or spa in Turčianske Teplice all year round.

The log cabin is ideal for group accommodation, it is rented as a whole. You can stay all year round. The log cabin with its design is suitable even for a demanding client. The total accommodation capacity of the cottage is 29 people.

Room layout: four 3-bed rooms, eight 2-bed rooms and one 1-bed room. Each room has its own bathroom with toilet.

There is also a common room and a well-equipped kitchen.

There is a fireplace and a landscaped grassy area near the cottage.

For an additional fee, guests can use the swimming pool in the summer months or the sauna throughout the year.

Parking is provided directly at the building.​
